This Shipping Policy explains how Dexon processes and delivers devices purchased through our website.


1. Order Processing

Once your application has been approved and the required payment has been received, Dexon will begin processing your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Customers will receive a confirmation message or email once the order has been prepared for shipment.


2. Delivery Areas

Dexon currently ships to addresses within South Africa only.

We may expand delivery areas in the future.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days

  • Regional areas: 2–5 business days

  • Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and location.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be:

  • Displayed during checkout, or

  • Included in the monthly payment plan where applicable

Dexon reserves the right to adjust shipping fees if required by courier costs.


5. Delivery Requirements

For security and fraud prevention purposes:

  • The person receiving the device may be required to present valid identification

  • The delivery address must match the information provided during the application

  • A signature may be required upon delivery

Dexon reserves the right to refuse delivery if identity cannot be verified.


6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Failure to provide identification

The device may be returned to Dexon.

Additional delivery fees may apply for rescheduled deliveries.


7. Risk and Responsibility

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the risk of loss or damage remains with Dexon until the device has been successfully delivered to the customer.

Once delivery has been confirmed, responsibility for the device transfers to the customer.


8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the package immediately

  2. Report the issue to Dexon within 48 hours of delivery

Dexon will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable.


9. Order Tracking

Where available, Dexon will provide tracking information once the device has been shipped so customers can monitor their delivery.


10. Policy Updates

Dexon reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
